Our laser scanning service captures real-world vehicle, machine, and part geometry so close-fitting components can be designed from actual field conditions before fabrication starts. We offer mobile scanning so customer equipment can stay operational while we prepare CAD data, replacement parts, or close-fit components on the back end. Using our Creaform HandySCAN 3D SILVER Elite blue light scanner, we can gather accurate, repeatable scan data and convert it into usable CAD geometry for reverse engineering, fitment work, and laser-cut part design. Creaform lists the SILVER Elite at up to 0.030 mm accuracy, making it well suited for detailed industrial and equipment scanning work.
